FoxBot Analytics is a web-based analytics platform that provides read-only access to operational data from FuelFox systems, including delivery records, customer information, market data, and related operational metrics. The Service enables natural language queries of analytics data through artificial intelligence to provide business insights and operational reports.
The Service does not modify, delete, or change any underlying data in connected systems. All queries are read-only and return filtered, aggregated, or derived information based on the underlying operational data.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using FoxBot Analytics, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Your access to data through FoxBot Analytics is limited to information for which you have been granted explicit authorization by FuelFox. Access controls and data filtering are applied based on your role and permissions. You may only use the data accessed through the Service for authorized business purposes within FuelFox.
The Service applies automatic filters to exclude test data, development records, and other non-operational data from analytics results. This ensures the accuracy and integrity of business intelligence.

Session information is stored securely in an encrypted database. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS).
FoxBot Analytics and all content, features, and functionality (including software, user interface design, and technical arrangement) are owned by FuelFox, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for your authorized business purposes. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable at any time. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without explicit written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUELFOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF FUELFOX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FuelFox makes no warranty that the Service will:
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, FoxBot Analytics may experience temporary outages, maintenance windows, or service disruptions. We are not liable for any unavailability or interruption of the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
We maintain secure backups of data stored in FoxBot Analytics. Session records are retained for the duration of your active account plus a reasonable period for audit and security purposes. User information is retained in accordance with applicable laws and our data retention policies.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FuelFox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the primary FuelFox business location, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
FuelFox reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
FuelFox may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and FuelFox regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
